  Witnessed the bouncer/head cook threaten multiple people over the last year. On two of these occasions the actual bouncer that was on shift/duty had defused the situation to the point where the said customer was on their way home. Said cook/"bouncer" continues to escalate the situation with hurtful words and threats which then sends the situation to worse levels. Also witnessed said employee threaten to "kill" someone if they don't get their "friend" away from the said employee, which then had to have a separate customer to come and separate the two people which then escalated into an assault on a customer with ill intent and malicious behavior by physically throwing this person to the ground, all continuing to belittle and demean this person. Completely ridiculous as a customer having to see this kind of behavior from an employee, none the less from a sane human being.
